I’m SO insanely thankful and excited that it is now officially fall!
If you don’t believe me, just read this.
However…it still just doesn’t quite feel like fall yet, with this warm, humid, Mid-west weather.
So…in honor of this very warm and wet fall thus far, here’s what we’ve been making this week to get our caffeine kick!
Ingredients (and Materials):
1 empty glass bottle
1 funnel
4 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1/3 c. strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
1 c. whole milk
Pour the syrup directly into your empty bottle. Pour in coffee or espresso using a funnel. Fill the rest of the bottle up with the cup of milk. THere should be an inch or so of room at the top to leave plenty of space to shake up the mixture.
Place directly in the fridge. When you’re ready to drink, shake it up so that none of the chocolate syrup can be seen sitting on the bottom of the bottle anymore. This means all flavors are infused and it’s ready to be guzzled!
Warning: This homemade frappucino will be frothy, chocolately, loaded with caffeine and completely delicious.
