Fall Bucket List 2017

Happy First Week of Fall, everyone!

My favorite season is finally here, and I finally feel more than justified busting out the pumpkin spice candles and warm scarves!  One of my favorite things to do each fall is to create a bucket list of fun, fall-themed activities for our family to do together before the holiday season hits. Making this list and taking the time to revel in the little things really help me enjoy every moment of the season, rather than waiting mentally for the next big event or holiday.

With two littles and a busy schedule, we needed pretty doable items to check off. Here’s what we came up with!

I printed this off and stuck it to our fridge. Slowly but surely we’re crossing off these little activities. I can’t wait for us to enjoy the rest of the list along with this beautiful fall weather.

What’s a must-do on your fall bucket list this year?

  1. We make lists like this for our summer activities…if we don’t make a list, things don’t always get done; but if we do, the list is a constant reminder of fun things we want to do, and we’re more likely to take the time to do them.

      1. My kids always pick simple things as well: a picnic at the local lake, hiking at a state park, a board game day, etc. Our summers are sometimes busier even than the school year, so it’s always good to have a plan!
