Oats have been number one on my baking ingredient list lately. They’re filling, full of good nutrients, and naturally gluten free (and great for mamas who are nursing newborns, too.)
Sometimes you just need an immediate snack. No prep, no fuss…and most conveniently, something out of a wrapper. Since it can be tough to find time for snack-prepping, and since pre-packaged snacks can get expensive, I decided a few years ago to create my own. Today, I want to share it with you!
