With Valentine’s Day falling on a Tuesday this year (and with an otherwise pretty full calendar this week), we didn’t plan anything big. But it’s sometimes the little things that make the best memories, right?
Breakfast is hands down my favorite meal. But the rest of my family aren’t really breakfast eaters! That means the muffins, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and toast don’t happen very often. 🙂

Since it can be tough to find time for snack-prepping, and since pre-packaged snacks can get expensive, I decided a few years ago to create my own. Today, I want to share it with you!
